This Mark is registered under several trading categories and all attempts to infringe on this Trade Mark intentionaly or otherwise will be dealt with via our solicitors. If you sell or trade in any products under the categories we are registered under, and use a name in any way similar to Coconut Hut, then you are breaking the law. Likewise, if you advertise, sell or promote your business or goods in such a way where the end result portrays yourself or your products to be 'Confusingly Similar' to Coconut Hut, its products or advertising - Then you are also breaking the law.

All product images and product descriptions on this page and elsewhere on www.coconut-hut.co.uk are copyright protected and may not under any circumstances be copied, printed or reproduced in any form.
Under copyright laws you are not allowed to right click and copy images. But because we know you all do we have done our best to imbed our LOGO or WEB ADDRESS into as many images as possible. Atleast this way you are taking our web address with you. In doing this we are basically giving you permission to right click and copy our images for your own use but ONLY where they have our Logo or WEB ADDRESS imbedded. However, it is against the law to EDIT our images in any way. You are OBVIOUSLY therefore not allowed to remove the imbedded logo / web address, change any colours or deface the image in any other way using image editing software.
So you can right click and copy our images as long as they have our Logo or Web address imbedded in them. We do not mind this because at the end of the day it results in advertising for us if you then use the image or post it in a BLOG or Forum of somesort. Keep the subject matter positive though! | Coconut Hut Copyrighted Words and Descriptions
We put a great deal of effort into making our site unique and describing our products in Fun and Funky ways. This is because we are creative, imaginative and care about what we do and how we sell. We have catch phrases to describe products that we have made up. However, we have become aware of other sites selling similar items to us who have copied our product descriptions, page titles and metatag descriptions. I some cases this has been done literlley word for word. Thinking positively this is a compliment to us and we are jubilant to know people are in awe of us in this way and crave to be as creative as us, but the reality is that they are breaking copyright laws. It is obvious to us that these people have no imagination of their own and obviously no shame or scruples. We believe Karma will get them soon.
So consumers looking to buy from an original Funky site with its own creative descriptions and Groovy stuff going on.. this is the real deal :)
