How do I become a Funky Member?!
To become an official Funky Member you need to provide us with some basic contact information. We then issue you a username and password. Your username will in most cases be your email address. Alternatively, we can make you a member by using the contact details you provide when you place an order.
1) If you have placed an order in the past and want to become a Funky Member then just give us your order number and we will use the contact details on that to create an account for you.
2) If you have not ordered from us in the past or cannot find your order number then simply EMAIL US. In the subject bar write FUNKY MEMBER PLEASE and then provide us with the following: Your first and last name, your invoice/billing address including postcode, your email address and a contact phone number.
NB: Please allow 24 hours for accounts to be created. This is because we have to re-upload the site for new accounts to become active. |  |

Why become a Coconut Hut Funky Member?
1) Coconut Hut Funky Members have access to promotional offers that non members do not. This could include anything from promotional codes to get money off at the checkout to competitions to win free goodies!
2) Coconut Hut Funky Members once Logged In no longer need to enter their Contact details when purchasing items. These will come up automatically. We would like to point out that we never see let alone store your card details, so this ONLY applies to your contact details and not your card details.
3) Coconut Hut Funky Members automatically become Subscribers to our Newsletter. You can unsubscribe to this anytime and still be able to LOG IN on the website as a Funky Member. However, Newsletters may often contain promotional codes on them that can only seen by newsletter Subscribers whether you are a funky member or not. |

NB: Existing customers and Funky Members are automaticaly entered onto our mailinglist, but if you think you have been left out or have not yet ordered from us then sign up here! Our newsletters will normally be information bulletins about our products and may often contain special promo codes only avaiable to those who subscribe to the newsletter itself!
Pease note that becoming a Newsletter Subscriber does not automaticaly make you a Funky Member. The reaon for this is that we need more contact info from you if you want to have a LOG IN ACCOUNT... whereas to be a Newsletter Subscriber we just need your name and email address. See 'How do I become a Funky Member' above.

A quick note about LOG IN Passwords for FUNKY MEMBERS
When you become a FUNKY MEMBER you will be issued with a system generated password. We suggest you keep this one but If you want to change it just email us your new password. When we enter the new one it is stored as DOTS so even we cannot see it.
However, you should never use existing important passwords for logging into members areas for any online shops. What do we mean by this?? Well keep your internet banking passwords and other seriously important things like that TOTALY different to your Fun passwords! Fun passwords are for things like Log In areas to shops and social networking sites such as Myspace. Although it would be very difficult for anyone to obtain your log in passwords from our software, hackers can easily read information sent in emails if they want to. So to be safe, if you are sending us a new password via email make sure it is a Fun password and not a password you use for something that is criticaly important!
We would like to point out here that when you log in as a FUNKY MEMBER the only thing the system remembers about you is your address details. We have nothing to do with the payment side and no Card or Account details are even seen by us let alone stored by us. We use external payment providers who deal with all of this. Our payment providers are both top in their field. We use HSBC Secure Epayments and Paypal Secure Payments.
